Cream Topping Solution

The cream topping gives the cupcakes an attractive finish that is further improved through another HAMULSION® stabiliser system. It provides an excellent whipping ability and at the same time gives the product very good structure with well-defined contours. At the same time our system ensures a premium mouth feel and stability.
The resulting cupcake is of an excellent quality that is not compromised during a freeze and thaw cycle.
