Grain Miller, Inc. is the industry’s largest conventional and organic oat milling company that provides industrial ingredients to food companies Worldwide. The company operates 2 oat mills in the USA (St. Ansgar, Iowa and Eugene, Oregon) and another in Yorkton, Sask. Canada along with a bean and seed cleaning facility in St. Peter, Minnesota. In addition to oats, the company processes conventional and organic soft white & hard red wheat, barley, rye, triticale, corn, flax seeds and soybeans. Our natural milling process produces flakes (rolled), whole and extracted flours, brans, fibers, meals, whole and cut grains.
Each facility provides custom blending and contract packaging from turn-key retail products to industrial size packages. Grain Millers is also a leader in conventional and organic oat fibers that are naturally processed in order to maintain functional phytochemicals and antioxidants. Our fibers are GRAS certified and approved for dietary claims in Canada.
