Fruit/vegetables control of spoilage - low level ozone

An "off the shelf" solution to fruit and vegetable spoilage has been widely available for 30 years from Bioclimatic of Germany. (see www.bioclimatic.de) Prevention of mould and fungi growth in a huge variety of 'food' environments through their unique bi-polar ionisation systems is already used worldwide. Botrytis in flowers and odours are also controlled/eliminated.
