The International Sweets and Biscuit Fair (ISM) has announced the top three innovations at this year’s show in Cologne, Germany.

Supplier trade fair ProSweets, held parallel to ISM, has also named the winner of its inaugural packaging award.

Around 700 visitors to the show voted for the most innovative confectionery and snacks launch from 220 products presented at the New Product Showcase at ISM between January 29 and February 1.
