UK gluten-free bakery specialist Genius has extended its range of pastries to include a croissant and pain au chocolate, in a move the company CEO has plugged as ‘innovative’.
“These products are incredible difficult to make gluten-free,” Roz Cuschieri said.
He detailed that the company is focused on delivering new products in the growing gluten-free segment.
The new products are available in Tesco stores across the UK and add to the firm’s range that includes breads, pastry, pancakes, pitta bread, fruit load and teacakes.
