The natural caramelised sugars of Royal Buisman enrich the flavour profile and colour of i.a. wholegrain, multi-grain and “off-white” breads. As caramelised sugars are gluten free, they are excellent ingredients in this category as well, masking of notes, adding appealing colour and positively influencing the texture.
In addition to enriching the flavour and colour, our ingredients lead to welcome cost-savings by (partly) replacing malt(-extract). Many of our customers have been able to achieve savings from 20% to 70%, while maintaining same flavour- or colour profile.
