Organised by Fi Europe, the conference will explore a range of technical, nutritional and functional benefits of using whey in both food and beverage applications. Some of the themes covered will include the nutritional fortification of foods with whey protein, investigating technical solutions to improve product shelf life, taste and texture and using whey as a weight management ingredient.
Speakers will include Kerry Ingredients, Leatherhead Food International, GlaxoSmithKline, Fonterra and Unilever.
